Reporting to the Director of Hardware Engineering, the Lead Mechanical Design Engineer - Platforms will provide mechanical design support to the transition of UAV platforms from R&D to production: Managing and mentoring a team of mechanical engineers to refine and adapt vehicle designs for mass additive manufacturing, adapt platform designs to support integrations and develop test hardware such as engine test stands, static loading test fixtures and assembly fixtures. You will work hand in hand with the Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Flight-Testing teams.
